We are so confident that you will love your custom cover that we back our products with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.

But before you return anything, know that we are willing to do whatever it takes to get you a finished product that will work for you and meet your needs.

  • If we make an error in the manufacturing of your custom cover, we will repair or replace the item, at our discretion, and cover any additional shipping expenses. We rarely make mistakes, but when we do, we fix them!
  • If you make an error in the ordering process, we will still work with you to make it right. Whether it requires altering the size or adding cutouts, we’re here to help. We only ask that you cover additional shipping charges and any product upgrade charges.

Or if you prefer, simply return the cover within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping and handling ($300.00 maximum refund per customer). We never want a customer to be stuck with a product they don’t want.
